General Terms & Acceptance

Welcome to visabet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and visabet ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the visabet website or services — including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, promotions, and payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the visabet platform. Continued use of the website after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

visabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a change materially affects existing players, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the update via on-site notification or email. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy), our Responsible Gaming policy (/responsible-gaming), and any specific promotional terms that may apply to individual bonus offers.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

By completing the registration process on visabet, you expressly confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. visabet takes this obligation seriously and may, at its absolute discretion, request documentary proof of age from any registered player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering and participating on a strictly personal, non-commercial basis.
• You are not a professional or semi-professional sports player in any sport on which you intend to bet.
• You are not an employee, director, or agent of visabet or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or software suppliers.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party — all activity on your account is conducted solely for your own account.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited in full. Any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment method used, subject to verification of the payment method's ownership.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on visabet — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on visabet. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

When creating your account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid personal email address that you own and have sole access to.
• Your correct date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Your country of residence (Bangladesh) and a valid contact phone number.
• Your preferred payment method details (e.g., your registered bKash or Nagad account number).

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. visabet is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to provide accurate information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your visabet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. visabet will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. visabet reserves the right to suspend any account that appears to be compromised, pending verification. Any bets placed or transactions made on your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remain your responsibility.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

visabet operates KYC procedures to verify player identities and protect the integrity of the platform. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳10,000:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash wallet showing your registered mobile number).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address in Bangladesh).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until compliance is achieved. In cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, the account may be permanently closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on visabet are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). visabet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be added from time to time and will be listed in the Banking section of the platform.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of the payment method and any account-level limits applied by visabet.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in BDT only. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Fees: visabet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to applicable method limits and any account-level conditions.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are usually credited within 2 hours of processing during business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST).
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
• KYC compliance: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any outstanding KYC documentation has been provided and verified.

visabet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such action and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Responsible Use of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your visabet account are free from any criminal origin and are not connected to any form of money laundering. visabet cooperates with all relevant financial crime prevention obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.

Bonuses & Promotions

visabet regularly offers bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which take precedence over these General Terms where they differ. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before claiming it.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be entitled to a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: ৳500.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.
• One per player: The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method account. Attempts to claim the Welcome Bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Placing bets using bonus funds on games or markets that are not eligible under the promotion terms will not count towards wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• visabet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or refuse a promotion claim if there is evidence of abuse, systematic exploitation, or irregularity.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of visabet's management is final and binding.
• Seasonal promotions aligned with BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-specific events will carry their own specific terms, communicated at the time of the promotion launch.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on visabet, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable rules, policies, and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Any attempt to defraud visabet or other players, including through chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Match-fixing: Participating in or having advance knowledge of any fixed or manipulated sporting event on which you have placed a bet.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Money laundering: Using visabet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity.
• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account in your name or using someone else's account to place bets or claim bonuses.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with visabet staff or other players via any channel.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the visabet platform through hacking, phishing, or other means.

visabet monitors all account activity through automated and manual review processes. If we identify behaviour that appears to violate these Terms, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold or forfeit any pending withdrawals, bonuses, or winnings; reverse any bets placed in breach of these Terms; and/or report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or visabet — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds must be either completed or forfeited. Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated and any real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions and KYC compliance.

Players who wish to close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) may request an immediate account suspension with a mandatory cooling-off period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. visabet-Initiated Closure

visabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any specific promotion terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive behaviour.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requires account action.

Where an account is closed by visabet for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable transaction fees.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. visabet will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered email address before a dormancy fee or account closure procedure is applied. Any real-money balance in a dormant account will be held safely and returned upon the player's request, subject to standard verification procedures.

Limitation of Liability

visabet provides its platform, games, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, visabet makes no warranties or representations — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or its content.

visabet shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from, or in connection with, your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the visabet sportsbook, casino, or any other game or service.
• Any technical failures, service interruptions, delays, or errors that prevent you from placing a bet or accessing your account.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
• Any third-party payment provider errors, processing delays, or failures relating to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other supported payment method.
• Any actions taken by visabet in the legitimate exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

Where visabet is found to be liable to you under applicable law despite the above exclusions, its total aggregate liability in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your visabet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and visabet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
